To receive your Qualification or Statement of Attainment, you must have a verified Unique Student Identifier (USI) unless exempt. AQF certification will be issued within 30 calendar days of completing all assessment requirements and once any outstanding fees are paid.
You’ll have access to trainers via email (responses within 2 business days) and scheduled online tutorials to support you through your learning journey. We provide reasonable adjustment where appropriate. Veterans and transitioning ADF members can access referrals to specialised wellbeing services through our partner Salute for Service.
What you need: a computer with webcam/microphone, reliable internet, and office productivity software. If undertaking workplace-based assessments, you’ll need employer permission to collect evidence. We provide the LMS, learning materials and trainer support.
