1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using this website, enrolling in a course, or engaging with
any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms
and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional enrolment or service-
specific agreements provided to you.
If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

2. Scope of Services
Served to Cert is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID 45605) delivering
nationally recognised qualifications and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
services in accordance with the Standards for RTOs 2025, the National
Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011, and all applicable
legislation.
Our services may be accessed online, in person, or through blended learning
arrangements.

3. Website Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use
this website for lawful purposes only.

You must not:

  • Engage in any activity that interferes with the operation or security of our website.

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.

  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our website data without prior written consent.

4. Enrolment Terms

Enrolment in any Served to Cert program is subject to:

  • Meeting eligibility requirements (including prerequisites, where applicable).

  • Completing the enrolment process and providing accurate personal details.

  • Agreeing to our Student Handbook and relevant policies and procedures.

  • Supplying any required supporting evidence for RPL or credit transfer
    applications.

We reserve the right to refuse enrolment where requirements are not met or
where previous misconduct has occurred.

5. Learner Responsibilities
Learners must:

  • Engage in their training and assessment ethically and honestly.

  • Submit only their own original work for assessment.

  • Treat all staff, trainers, assessors, and fellow learners with respect.

  • Comply with all relevant laws and policies while undertaking training.

  • Maintain current contact details with us.

6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, assessments, and resources provided by Served to Cert are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. These materials are provided for your personal educational use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without our written consent.

7. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Our fees, payment terms, and refund conditions are set out in our Fees and Refunds Policy, available on our website and in the Student Handbook.

Where a course is cancelled by Served to Cert, a full refund will be provided. Refund requests by learners will be assessed in line with our published policy.


8. Assessment, Results, and Certification
Assessments are conducted in accordance with the Standards for RTOs 2025.

  • All assessment outcomes will be recorded and communicated to you.

  • Certificates and Statements of Attainment will be issued only after all fees are paid in full and assessment requirements are met.

  • Replacement certificates can be issued upon request and payment of the
    applicable fee.


9. Complaints and Appeals
We have a fair and transparent complaints and appeals process in line with the Standards for RTOs 2025.

  • Learners may lodge a complaint regarding any aspect of their training or assessment.

  • Learners may appeal an assessment decision within the timeframe set in our policy.

  • Complaints and appeals procedures are detailed in the Student Handbook.


10. Privacy
We collect, store, and use personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This includes the secure storage of USI (Unique Student Identifier) information and training records.

11. Compliance and Misconduct
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to training if a learner breaches these Terms, engages in academic misconduct, harasses others, or acts unlawfully.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legislative or operational changes. The updated version will be published on our website, and continued use of our services will indicate acceptance.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
